CONCENTRATION AND SEPARATION OF LINCOMYCIN FROM ITS BROTH BY MEMBRANE TECHNOLOGY

The method for purification of the concentrated Lincomycin broth using the combination separation technique with nanofiltration and ultrafiltration processes is described. In consequence, the experimental results showed that this technique possesses can greatly save reagents,power and energy, as well as shorten and optimize the technical process, raising recovery rate and product quality.
