Liquid phase oxidation of cyclohexanone with molecular oxygen can be effectively carried out in the presence of CuCl_2·2H_2O as catalyst and nbutyl acetate as solvent at atmosphere pressure.The conversion of cyclohexanone and yield of adipic acid could be reached respectively to 94.4%,90.5% at 90℃ for 10h. The catalysts and solvents were compared and selected.Meanwhile,effects of reaction temperature,dosage of catalyst and cyclohexanone on the oxidation were investigated.
