The Comparison Between Total Quality Management(TQM) and Traditional Management(TM)

Quality has been accepted as an universal standard.It is different between TQM and TM.TQM has experienced the golden age over the past ten years,but Chinese corporations have not got notable results in this field.So there is an urgent need to review TQM,especially the differences between TQM and TM.
