The experiments were designed to investigate the effects of antibacterial peptides on Peripheral Lymphocyte Transformation in broilers.420 chickens(7 day-old) were randomly divided into 7 groups. And fed on diets as follow: J,0 mg/kg antibacterial peptides(control group);K,40mg/kg Chlorotetracycline,TS,300mg/kg antibacterial peptides,TL,600mg/kg antibacterial peptides from 8 days old;KH,40 mg/kg Chlorotetracycline,TSH,300 mg/kg antibacterial peptides,TLH,600mg/kg antibacterial peptides from 21 days old.At 28 days old, anticoagulated blood collected from venous blood from chicken's wing.To determine the peripheral T lymphocyte transformation. The results showed that, antibacterial peptides could enhance the cell multiplication and transformation of broilers' peripheral T lymphocyte, compared with control group.
