Clinical Study of Fluconazole Mycostatin Combined Canesten to Treat Recurrent Vulvovaginal Candidiasis

Objective To study the effects of fluconazole mycostatin combined canesten to treat recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis.Methods Sixty cases of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis patients were randomly divided into two groups,each group 30 cases.Group A were treated with fluconazole and mycostatin.Group B were treated with fluconazole mycostatin and canesten.Results After six courses of therapy,the majority of patients were cured in two groups.The total effective rate is 88.3% in group A and 96.7% in group B.The difference between the two groups was significant(P0.05).Conclusion Fluconazole mycostatin combined canesten treatment of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis patients is better than fluconazole mycostatin two-drug combination.
