Study on the Coefficient of Multi-light Absorption Layer of LCLV

A multi-light absorption layer of LCLV with 800 nm thick and the structure of SiO+CdTe+VOPc+CdTe+SiO is deposited on glass by evaporation technique.The requirements of LCLV on light absorption coefficient are discussed.The absorption coefficients of α_R=7.8×105 cm~(-1)、α_G=6.8×105 cm~(-1)、and α_B=7.2×105 cm~(-1) are obtained by the optimum technique.
