摘要
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to develop a training program to enhance elementary school teachers' competency in utilizing Artificial Intelligence Digital Textbooks (AIDT) and to verify its effectiveness. Method: The study involved elementary school teachers, using pre- and post-tests to assess changes in digital literacy, AIDT utilization, and instructional design, supplemented by in-depth interviews for feedback on program effectiveness. Results: Teachers in the experimental group showed significant improvements in digital literacy, AI competency, and AIDT-based instructional design, with pre- and post-test analysis confirming statistical differences from the control group. Conclusion: Unlike traditional theory-based training, the customized practice-oriented program developed in this study effectively cultivated practical competencies, enabling teachers to utilize AI tools in real classroom settings.
