A multifunctional beryllium silicide monolayer with negative Poisson's ratio and high-capacity sodium-ion storage

Based on first-principles calculations, the α-Be 2 Si monolayer is proposed as a promising multifunctional 2D material with anisotropic negative Poisson's ratio.
