摘要
The article analyzes the prospects for integrating modern technologies into the process of planning combat operations and their impact on the effectiveness of military management. Key innovations are discussed, including automated command and control systems (ACCS), artificial intelligence, big data, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), satellite systems, and electronic warfare (EW) capabilities. The role of these technologies in increasing situational awareness, speed of decision-making, and coordination of actions of units in real time has been determined. Particular attention is paid to issues of cybersecurity, information systems protection, and the prospects for using cloud technologies in military management. Potential threats and challenges associated with the digitalization of combat management processes have been analyzed. In the process of research and analytical work, the members of the research group used the following methods (at the theoretical level): analysis of scientific literature and documentation, system analysis, comparative analysis, conceptual analysis, inductive and deductive methods, methodological analysis. In addition, combat experience was used, as well as personal experience in training future officer cadres for the needs of the National Guard of Ukraine (other institutions of the security and defense sector of Ukraine). The study concluded that the integration of modern technologies into military planning is a key factor in increasing the combat capability of the armed forces and the effectiveness of combat operations. Promising areas of further research have been identified, including the development of artificial intelligence, improving data protection tools, and improving combat situation analysis algorithms.
