紫檀芪的抗肿瘤活性研究进展

：Pterostilbene,a dimethylester derivative of resveratrol with antioxidant and antiproliferative properties,has beenshown to inhibit a variety of primary tumors and act as a potential chemopreventive agentin carcinogenesis.The anticancer mechanisms of pterostilbene include inducing tumor cellapoptosis,causing cell cycle arrest,blocking tumor cell growth and proliferation signaltransduction.Pterostilbene is expected to develop to a new generation of anticancerdrug,and will be paid more attention in the future.
