Value of Electrocardiogram in Predicting Infarction Related Artery in Patients with Acute Inferior Myocardial Infarction

Objective To find the electrocardiographic ch ar acteristic for predicting infarction related artery in patients with acute infe rior myocardial infarction.Methods infarction related artery and the electrocardiogr am were studied in 57 patients with acute inferior myocardial infarction.Results The infarction related artery in patients with ac ute inferior myocardial infarction was the right coronary artery ,with which the electrocardiographic characteristic was aVL ST ↓,Ⅰ ST ↓,Ⅲ ST ↑ Ⅱ ST ↑1.Conclusion aVL ST ↓,Ⅰ ST ↓and the rate of Ⅲ ST ∕ⅡST↑were electrocardiographic criteria for predicting infarction relat ed artery with acute inferior myocardial infarction.
