A Study of the Existing Sifuation of Problems in and Corresponding Strategies for the Development of Shaanxi's Newspaper Industry

Since the pructice of the open doorpolicy,shaanxi's newspaper industry has made considerable progress in the configuration of newspaper staff,their spirit of devetion to work and consaiusness of running newspapers,Fruitful as its work is,shaanxi's newspaper industry still has in itself some unnegligible contradictions suchas the structural contradictiion in over century development due to the existent unreasonable structure,that between scattered management and sizable development,that between market oriented development and newspaper administration,and that between inperfect intelligent structure and newspaper development,these contradictions will remain obstructive unless the reform in the newspaper industry is deepened,its structure optimized,and a sizable management secured so that an unprecedented breakthrough can be acheived in the reform of its structure,efficiency and system.
