In order to study effect of Cl~-content on CO_2 corrosion of carbon steel,studied that from different angles through different pieces of the hanging weight loss experiments,the corrosion product film morphology and electrochemical corrosion tests.Weight loss experiments showed that 20# carbon steel corrosion rate with a low chloride ion concentration increases,the emergence of the first increases and then gradually decreasing trend.Corrosion morphology observed from the results,the corrosion product film produced by the loose to dense changes.Corrosion tests reflect the increase as the Cl~-concentration,the role of a gradual increase and diffusion-controlled activation of the sample surface area is continuously reduced.
