The Mental Orientation in Throwing Technique ──Study in the teaching method of the movement speed composed

To have the best result for throwers in the throwing events, it is necessary to make the movement of the body and the implement fastest. How to increase throwers' speed of throwing action is the key in the teaching and training of throwing technique. According to the theory of the transfer of the psychological orientation and the movement speed composed of throwing technique, the new teaching theory and method of throwing technique is put forward in my study, the purpose of which is to increase the speed of throwing action so that improving the throwing technique and the quality of teaching.
