No obstacles in law exist in the accepting of foreign-related disputes in arbitration committees in western underdeveloped area and the parties’ wills are given more respects with the better embodiment of arbitration nature.Objectively the parties’requirements for arbitration are met conveniently, effectively and with low cost. After about 10 years, the arbitration committees in western underdeveloped area which have accumulated experiences of domestic arbitration and skilled arbitration talents provide a reliable basis for internation arbitration.
