The effect of extrusion temperature and extrusion ratio on microstructure and thermal conductivity of 6063 aluminum alloy was investigated. The results show that the microstructure of 6063 aluminum alloy was effectively improved after extrusion, and the strengthening phase Mg2Si was uniformly dispersed in the α-Al matrix. The thermal conductivity of 6063 aluminum alloy obviously decreases with the increase of extrusion temperature. When extrusion ratio is less than 50,the thermal conductivity increases with the increase of extrusion ratio, while extrusion ratio is greater than 50,the thermal conductivity decreases with the extrusion ratio. When extrusion ratio is 50 and extrusion temperature is 380℃,thermal conductivity of the alloy can get to the maximum of 221.2W/(m·K).
