Synthesis of Thiourea and its Derivatives

Thiourea had extensive practical value.Through the addition reaction of acyl isothiocyanates and aromatic amine,new thiourea derivatives was first synthesized in early 1960s.Biological activity test showed that these compounds had good insecticidal properties.Then,many thiourea compounds were synthesized.It had attracted widespread attention because of its good biological activity.
