Screening and identification of Staphylococcus from traditional fish products

According to the standards of meat fermentation starter,three Staphylococcus strains(S8,S61 and S92) with excellent characteristics were isolated and screened from traditional fish products.And the results of BioMerieux VITEK-2 automation microbe system and 16S rDNA sequence analysis showed that they were Staphylococcus warner,Staphylococcus sciuri and Staphylococcus xylosus respectively.
