Influence of Rare Earth on Sinter Quality of Baotou Steel

Sintering characteristics of the sinter with different rare earth contents and influence of the rare earth on the metallurgical properties of the sinter were investigated.Results showed that the reducibility of sinter can be improved and reduction powder index can be improved by increasing the rare earth content of the sinter.
