To Accelerate Land Circulation and Increase Farmers’ Income——Case of the Land Circulation in Ninghai County

Land is the basic means of production for rural development and also essential living security of farmers.Farmers are the main force of land circulation,whose premise is to protect their interests.This article,through analysing the actual situation of land circulation in Ninghai County,explains that rural land circulation can increase the income of the farmers,and analyses the factors that control the farmers’ income and suggests corresponding countermeasures.
