By using organosilane as additive,a kind of hierarchical ZSM-5 was synthesized by solid-phase hydrothermal synthesis method. The sample was characterized by XRD、SEM、NH3-TPD、N2 physisorption techniques, respectively. The results showed that the synthesized zeolite had both micropores and mesopores.Compared with conventional ZSM-5,the hierarchical ZSM-5 displayed high benzene conversion, selectivity and yields for toluene and xylene. The benzene conversion increased by 8%,the selectivity and yields for toluene and xylene increased by 5%and 10%,respectively.The effects of temperature, over 6%/MgO modified ZSM-5 catalysts were also investigated. The appropriate temperature was 460℃,MHSV was 6 h-1.In this condition, the benzene conversion reached nearly 55%,the selectivity for toluene and xylene was above 90%,especially with xylene above 35%.
