Investigation on Inertial Force Balance Assembly Units and Their Dynamic Characteristics of a High-Speed Press (Part II)

On the basis of briefly exploring investigation necessary to dynamic balance assembly units of inertial force produced by a high-speed press.The approaches to decrease and balance inertial force produced by a high-speed press are illustrated,and definite reasons that the pneumatic cylinder is not suitable to dynamic balance for inertial force of a high-speed press are expounded.Dynamic characteristics of the five kinds of inertial force balance assembly units popular in modern industry are comprehensively and thoroughly investigated.The scientific evaluation parameter of the inertial force balance units for a high-speed press is put forward.Consequently a foundation of researching and developing high-performance inertial balance equipment for a high-speed press is laid.
