Improved measurements of the stimulated Raman scattering spectrum generated in a single mode fiber at λ=1.064 μm in continuous-wave regime

Continuous-wave stimulated Raman-scattering phenomenon has been generated in single mode fibers, pumping with a 10 W power cw radiation of a Nd:YAG at λ=1.064 μm. Critical power, line shape, and polarization angular shift has been determined for the first Stokes order. Comparison with previous works is reported.
