摘要
After heart disease, cancer is one of the most intimidating diseases. Currently in the world, cancer has been established to be one of the utmost daunting illnesses in the world today, amongst several human ailments. The intention of the paper is an effort to mention the advancement in the synthesis and to show anticancer activity of benzothiadiazine molecule. These agents are effective against many cancer cell lines. This ring showed not only anticancer activity but also showed antimicrobial, antiviral, antihypertensive, antidiabetic etc. A sequence of 10-substituted 1,2,4-Benzothiadiazine-1,1-dioxide molecules were made and compound structures were confirmed by NMR, MS, and IR. In NCI, all synthesized molecules were test for their cytotoxic activity opposed to 60 diverse cell lines of cancer. BTZ-4 was found to be a most active in a sequence of 10 synthesized compounds. Docking analysis of BTZ-4 has revealed that it is executing its therapeutic response via interacting with muscarinic M5 receptor.
