摘要
Alzheimer's Disease Therapy SSK1-NPs efficiently delivered SSK1 into the brain, at where SSK1 is specifically cleaved by β-galactosidase, which in turn induces the apoptosis of senescent cells. Treatment of SSK1-NP induced apoptosis of senescence cells in the brain and improved cognitive function and memory in aged Alzheimer's disease mice.
