Separating of eggshell membrane and preliminary application

The eggshell membrane contains keratin which is related to the skin flexibility and hydroxyproline which is the component of colloid protein. The cosmetic with the liquid of eggshell membrane will make skin exquisite , alabastrine and stretchy. This experiment uses scrap eggshells as material. The shells and membranes are separated with 12mol/L hydrochloric acid. The eggshell membrane can be hydrolyzed in alkali solution, then 15% the liquid of eggshell membrane can be obtained. The discolored and no odor liquid of eggshell membrane can be done preliminary experiment in the cosmetic.
