Sinomenine based molecular design of anti-RA agents

In this paper, the sinomenine based molecular design of anti-RA agents were introduced, including modification of sinomenine by chemical/biologic method and bioactivity of modified compounds. Furthermore, the further research on sinomenine was also estimated in advance. This paper will give referenced instructions to find new antiRA agents and leading compounds.
