ObjectiveTo investigate the preparation methods of feeder cells of mouse embryonic stem cell.MethodMouse embryonic stem cell were observed in two culture systems:on feeder cells of the primary mouse embryo fibroblasts and in leukemia inhibititory factor on free-feeder cells.ResultsThe primary mouse embryo fibroblasts were observed radially or circinately.The ES cells clone appeared typically.ConclusionThe ES cells can grow well and maintain in the state of undifferentiation under the conditions.
