Swelling liposuction for treatment of subcutaneous lipoma

Objective To introduce a simple,safe,effective,less invasive,less scarring and quicker recovery surgical method that can treat subcutaneous lipoma.Methods Liposuction needle aspiration of uniform fine in the lipoma after tumescent anesthesia to achieve treatment of the purpose.Results Of the 23 patients with this operation,all the cases were followed up from the postoperative 1th month to the postoperative 18th month,there was no any complication and unconspicuous scar.Conclusion The method of treatment subcutaneous lipoma through swelling liposuction can achieve desirable effects.Doctor and patient were highly satisfied with the results of the operations.
