摘要
C_f/SiC composites reinforced by carbon fiber were fabricated by hot-pressing.The effects of sintering temperature on the densities, microstructure and mechanical properties were studied.Densities of the C_f/SiC composites are increased with the increase of sintering temperature, and the bending strength and fracture toughness are increased with the sintering temperature increasing from 1800℃to 1850℃,The highest bending strength and fracture toughness of the composites fabricated at 1850℃are 500.1MPa and 16.9MPa.m~(1/2),respectively.However,when the temperature increases to 1880℃, the mechanic properties of the composite decreases.
