Researches in Effects of Astragalus Polysaccharides on Immune Performance of Fish

Astragalus polysaccharides extracted from astragalus root could improve immune function of animal. It was widely applied to fish because of its effectiveness in enhancing immunity, anti-virus and reducing blood sugar. This paper will provide further reference for studying the mechanisms of astragalus polysaccharides in fish immune system through reviewing the influence of astragalus polysaccharides on immune organs, immune cells and immune molecules of fish.
