Waterborne Polyurethane Adhesive Modified by Rosin for Laminated Package Films

The waterborne polyurethane adhesive was modified by rosin. Effects of the amounts of DMPA, rosin, and NCO/OH value on the properties of the emulsion were studied. The adhesive property of modified and unmodified polyurethane for laminated package films was compared. And the experimental results showed that the modified waterborne polyurethane adhesive meets the need of laminated package films.
