Effects of Electroacupuncture at Neiguan Point on Creatine Kinase and Adenosine after Myocardial Ischemia and Reperfusion Injury

Objective To investigate the protective mechanism of electroacupuncture at Neiguan point on myocardial cells of myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury models of rats to see its relations to creatine kinase(CK) and Adenosine(Ado) which are endogenetic protective material after myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury.Methods 50 wister rats were randomly divided into 5 groups:control group,MIR group,EA at Neigran group,EA at Hegu group,EA at Lieque group.The ischemia model was made by ligaturing the left anterior descending branch of coronary artery,The changes of CK and Ado were measured.Results The content of CK in Neiguan point group was lower than that in the models( P 0.05).the content of Ado in blood serum in Neiguan point group was higher than that in Neiguan point group( P 0.01).Conclusion Electroacupuncture at Neiguan points can reduce the release of CK and accelerate the release of Ado after myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury with the result of lightening myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury.and play an protective role to some extent after myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury.
