摘要
Inclusion body myositis (IBM) is the most common idiopathic inflammatory myopathy (IIM) in patients >50 years of age. IBM typically presents with asymmetric weakness and atrophy of finger flexors and quadriceps. The pathophysiology of IBM remains controversial, and it is considered to be an inflammatory process with a degenerative component.1
