摘要
A flexible photodetector based on ultrathin graphdiyne nanosheets is constructed and applied in a three-electrode photoelectrochemical (PEC)-type system to study its photoresponse behaviors. As described by Xiuwen Zhang, Jialiang Xu, Han Zhang, and co-workers in article number 2001082, the prepared PDs show excellent photoresponse after bending or twisting for 1000 cycles. Moreover, the PDs exhibit pronounced long-term stability after being kept in an alkaline electrolyte for more than 1 month.
