摘要
Three-Dimensional Reconstruction is of long-term significance to urban information development and military informationization construction. The rise of LiDAR as a 3D scanning equipment, provides a new direction for 3D reconstruction. However, there is no suitable tool to complete the data processing from point cloud data LiDAR collected to 3D scene reconstruction. It takes the existing KITTI datasets as the input data, integrates PCL point cloud database, programs in VS2012 to complete the point cloud data processing and 3D reconstruction. Finally, the effectiveness of 3D reconstruction result presented. It is realized the LiDAR point cloud mapping tool.
