摘要
A comprehensive optimization method for reliability, efficiency and power density is proposed, which is suitable for 3.3kW electric vehicle wireless charging system. Firstly, the influence mechanism of different elements in the design and development of power module on the performance index of power module is studied. Then the main circuit topology of the power module of the 3.3kW electric vehicle wireless charging system is analyzed. Finally, the optimization measures of theoretical design and practical layout are proposed.
