摘要
Abstract Fatty acids were coupled with ammonia to amino acids in the presence of Cu(II)–ammine complex. In aqueous solution, using ammonium acetate, the yield of glycine reached the maximum value of 15.8% after 3 hr at 140°C. The yield and the distribution of amino acids varied with fatty acids used.
