Objective: To study clinical applications of Remifentanil and Propofol in induced abortion. Methods: Take a controlled clinical trial,158 patients were randomly divided into two groups, namely Propofol group, and Propofol+Remifentanil group, patients were observed and recorded. Results: The patients were successfully operated, postoperative patients responded well to the pain-free,results were satisfactory.Propofol+Remifentanil group movement in response, the incidence of hypotension was less than that of Propofol group, and respiratory depression was slightly higher than that of propofol group, the difference was statistically significant(all P0.05).The two groups was no significant difference in operative time(P0.05),but the recovery time of Propofol+Remifentanil group was significantly shorter than that of Propofol group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion: Remifentanil and Propofol anesthesia for induced abortion is a safe and effective method, anesthesia is not to increase hemodynamic changes and side effects,it is worth clinical application.
