Research Progress of Beer Flavor Components

Flavor components are an important material to maintain normal beer flavor.Their concentrations are very low,but there is great influence for the beer flavor.They give the beer a unique,co-ordination flavor.In this paper,the main flavor components of beer,detection methods,influence and control in beer flavor were summaried.
