A Study of Variation Characteristics of Chlorogenic Acid Content in Eucommia ulmoides Leaves Under the Different Influence Factors

Eucommia ulmoides is an endemic plant in China,and has large amount of resources.Chlorogenic acid is rich in Eucommia ulmoides leaves.In this paper,researches are conducted into the variation characteristics of chlorogenic acid content in the leaves of Eucommia ulmoides,under the influence of seasons,tree age,slope aspect,storage time,drying methods.The research conclusions can provide theoretical support for industrialization of chlorogenic acid's extraction from Eucommia ulmoides leaves.
