摘要
[Objective] To evaluate the role of bile reflux and Helicobacter pylori infection in bile reflux gastritis and peptic ulcer. [Methods] 76 patients with bile reflux gastritis and 22 patients both with bile reflux gastritis and peptic ulcer were elevated. Helicobacter pylori infection was determined by both histology(Giemsa staining) and rapid urease test (RUT). 29 patients with peptic ulcer were as controls. [Results] Patients with bile reflux gastritis had 31.6% (24/76 cases) Helicobacter pylori positive rate, patients both with bile reflux gastritis and peptic ulcer had 59.0% (13/22 cases) Helicobacter pylori positive rate, patients with peptic ulcer had 72.4% (21/29 cases) Helicobacter pylori positive rate, the Helicobacter pylori positive rate of bile reflux gastritis and peptic ulcer group was significantly increased as compared with that of bile reflux gastritis (P 0.05), however with no significance between bile reflux gastritis and peptic ulcer group and peptic ulcer group (P 0.05). [Couclusion] Bile reflux has primary effect in bile reflux gastritis, Helicobacter pylori infection has primary effect in peptic ulcer. Bile reflux and Helicobacter pylori infection have no significant effect between bile reflux gastritis and peptic ulcer. Helicobacter pylori may be have a great effect.
