Analysis of Hemoperfusion Combined with Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy in the Treatment of Patients with Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Objective To observe clinical efficacy of hemoperfusion with CRRT in treating patients with severe pancreatits(SAP) and discuss the mechanism.Methods 30 patients were divided into 2 groups randomly,among which 15 were treated with hemoperfusion combined with CRRT,and the other 15 patients in control group were treated only with CRRT.Compare the clinical symptoms,the change of APACHEⅡscore and the level of TNF-α and IL-6 before and after treatment.Results Clinical symptoms of the patients were improred after the 2 groups were treated,and the level of TNF-α and IL-6 were both reduced,however,the efficacy in hemoperfusion group was better than that in control group(P0.05).Conclusion Hemoperfusion combined with CRRT was effective in changing the level of inflammatory and improving patients'treatment effect.
