Clinical Study of Noninvasive Positive Pressure Ventilation in Respiratory Failure of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective To discuss the effect of noninvasive mechanical in the treatment of the ventilator patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with chronic respiratory failure.Methods To choose from June 2010 to June 2011 in our respiratory medicine clinic of 152 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with chronic respiratory failure patients,then divided them into observation group and control group randomly,each group of 76.Control group to conventional treatments,the observation group to conventional treatments and add with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation treatment.Attention and record two groups' HR,RR,pH,PaO2,PaCO2,SpO2.Results After treatment,the two groups were compared in the group,HR,RR,PaCO2 were reduced significantly,and PaO2,SaO2 were significantly increased,a statistically significant(P0.05).The observation group of patients with each index of amplitude than control group improved significantly(P0.05).Conclusion Noninvasive ventilation technology can alleviate the illness,shorten days in hospital,reduce mortality,and has a certain clinical significance.
