Experiments of thermal resistance temperature measuring system and thermocouple temperature measuring system are made on two types of ship to research the work of temperature measuring system inside the ship engine-room.The same temperature measuring system was tested in the engine-room environment and laboratory environment respectively.The results show that the thermal resistance temperature measuring system is less affected by the engine-room environment and can accurately monitor the temperature.The thermocouple temperature measuring system is affected by the engine-room environment greatly on the measurement results.It produces a distortion at high temperature section.The reasons for the distortion of thermocouple temperature measuring system are analysed.
