摘要
OBJECTIVE To obtain the optimum operation conditions for extraction of polysaccharide from Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat with ultrasonic wave.METHODS The single-factor extraction tests and response surface analysis were employed to determine the optimum technological condition.RESULTS The optimized conditions were as follows:supersonic treatment time is 46min,temperature is 71℃,liquid-solid ratio is 9mL/g,number of times of extraction is 2.Under the optimized condition,the extraction rate is 5.152%.CONCLUSION The result shows that the ultrasonic method is time-saving and easily,compared with the traditional methods.The findings provide someinformation for the further researches of polysaccharide from Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.
