Analysis on the springback after stamping of complex part based on Stamp-Engineer

A new 3D design method of die profile for a small-size complex stamping part was proposed in which the numerical simulation based on Stamp-Engineer was applied to the springback control.The design method proved effective by analysis and experimental results in correcting the springback error of the stamping part.
