Effects of Organic Amines on Growth and Physiological Characteristics of Cucumber Seedling under Salt Stress Conditions

The effects of phenyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(PTMAC)on seed germination,seedling growth and antoxidative enzyme activities and other physiological characteristics was investigated in cucumber(Cucumis sativus)‘Jinyou 4'by soaking seeds and foliar treatment.The results indicated that the low concentration of PTMAC can effectively promote cucumber salt tolerance,but the PTMAC of high dose can't conducive to the growth of cucumber seed.The application of 10 mg L-1PTMAC was suitable for cucumber seedling.
