A brief description of the typical twin-roller caster.We recommend a producing line for the twin-roller eccentricity and different diameter caster which obliquity of the caster mouth is adjustable.Comparing with the original one,the new twin-roller caster can extend the length of the casting area up to 1.6-3.2 times.1.5-3.0 times faster than the previous rolling casting speed.Roller distance shall also be enlarged by 1.5-2.5 times.The thickness of the aluminum plate shall be 12 mm.After te continuously hot rolling caster under the high pressure,there will be a significant improvement on the producing quantity,measurement,as well as the quality of the machine.
