Analysis on 1000 cases of cervical thinprep cytologic test

Objective:To study the application value of cervical thinprep cytologic test(TCT) in diagnosis of early cervix lesion.Methods:TCT results of 1 000 cases were retrospectively analyzed.Results:In 1 000 cases of cervical TCT,the positive ratio was 4.1%(41/1 000),the total coincidence rate of the positive cases and biopsy results was 80%.Conclusion:The health check with TCT for women is helpful to early diagnosis and early treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer.
